Episode Recap: The team investigates when a helicopter helps three prisoners escape. Two of the escapees are cold-blooded killers who already have their next victims picked out, and the other is a child molester who he recently put away.

Path of evidence:
Personnel issues: The suspect,Hank Kerner, poses a threat to Calliegh's life after he escapes from jail because she was the CSI on his case which put him in jail. When Det. Jonh Hagen tells Calleigh to take some time off, she refuses even though her life may be in danger. Her friend, the prosecutor, is killed and Calleigh wants to be there when they notify her parents.
