License To Kill (Natalia Boa Vista) Part 1


"Natalia!"

Eric was calling Natalia as she ran in the rain. Natalia was devastated she had just lost her best friend. She was called to identify Lisa Dominick body. Eric raced after her as she ran out of the building. He caught up with her at the end of the parking lot standing in the Rain. He called out to her but she was not hearing him.

"Natalia come here!" Eric called to her. She turned around and saw him standing there in anger as he realized she was in shock.

He walked up to her and held her. She slumped into his arm as if to find comfort from his hug.

"Why! why Lisa, I don't understand why Lisa Eric!!!" She cried uncontrollable in Eric arms. Eric could only hold her to provide her with comfort from what she was going through. She remember how she felt about him and this would bring back their love for one another.

The cars kept swooshing by them standing in the rain, Eric held her as tight as he could and he started walking back to the building. he needed to take her home. She kept crying knowing that this night would be the longest night for her.

Magic would happen in their relationship and Eric would be forever changed by it.

Dr. Price was waiting for them to come back into the building, She was there when Natalia ran out into the rain. Eric went through the ME Lab and grabbed several towels to dry her off. She was really devastated by her friends death. Eric sat her in the office. He asked the ME to help her into dry clothes. Eric called Horatio who was just getting out of a meeting.

"Eric what has happen.?" Horatio asked with concern in his voice.

" It's Natalia H. she was called to identify the body of her friend, she saw her and lost it and ran outside in the rain. H. she is in shock." Eric said waiting for her to come back.

"Eric I am on my way down." Horatio said leaving the lab and going to the elevator to go down to the ME Lab.

Calleigh had walked passed Natalia Lab, she did not see her so she asked Velera if she saw her. Velera told Calleigh that she was called to the ME Lab.

"Thanks!" Calleigh said as she waited for the elevator to come.

"Eric was dripping wet, he had placed a towel over his head, to keep the cold air from the room from circulating around his head. He needed to change but he wanted to take Natalia home first.

It was now 6:00 pm. the rain had stopped just as quick as it started, It left puddles on the ground.

Ryan had come down to see Tara, about a report on a man who was left in a sewer hole. He started back to the lab where he saw Eric standing in the door of the ME Lab.

Dr. Price had brought Natalia back and she was still in shock. Eric thought he might have to take her to see a doctor. Dr. Price said don't do that just get this script filled for her and let her sleep tonight. Ryan rushed to Eric not knowing what was going on. Moments later Horatio also came into the room.

"Eric whats wrong?" Ryan asked as he saw him trying to balance Natalia and sit her in the chair.

"She just found out about her friend and she went into shock." Eric told Ryan and Horatio.

"Ok! Where is the body?" Horatio asked as Dr. Price took them to her.

Dr. Price pulled the sheet down off of Lisa, Horatio also was devastated at Lisa body, Lisa was an FBI Agent that Natalia worked with. Horatio on occasion worked a couple of cases with her to. She was the undercover version of FBI Like Natalia was.

"Dr. Price what happen and who brought her in she should be in the Feds hands." Horatio asked very shocked that she ended up in his lab.

"All I know Miami Dade Medics got an call to some abandon ware house and they found her dead from two gunshot to the head. I don't know much about the mapping out of a crime scene but I do know that she was murdered and Horatio someone wanted her dead. She has gunshot powder point blank at the temple and the back of the head. This was a brutal killing. I am thinking two guns."

"This was personal and now I am going to teach the killer a lesson in true revenge 101." Horatio said walking out of the ME Lab.

"Dr. Price I want that report on my desk in the next 2 hours please!" Horatio said as he saw Calleigh walking towards them. He looked at Natalia and told her not to worry he will find who did this.

"H. I am going to take her home, call me if you need me." Eric said.

" I will, you take care of her please." Horatio was mad and he knew that who ever did this was not going to be easy to catch. A challenge that is worth putting into play.

"Eric what happen to her!" Calleigh said as Eric was taking her to his Hummer."

"She went into shock after she identified a friends body." Eric said to Calleigh.

Wait! Natalia honey can you here me!" Calleigh tried to get a response form her. Natalia started to scream and cry again. she was out of it.

"Eric take her home I will stop by on my way home tonight."

"Ryan and Calleigh followed Horatio back up to the Lab. Horatio was on the phone with someone as they both walked into his office.

Eric drove Natalia home and he knew he had to get her to snap out of it. Horatio would need her on this case.

"Eric!" Natalia said as she grabbed for his hand.

"Nat I am here baby,Hold on!" Eric said as he had to continue to drive.

"I don't know why this has happen, She would have never hurt any one. Why would someone kill her in that way." Natalia said still trying to make sense out of it.

"I know Nat, Horatio will find out what happen. We all will" Eric said as he pulled into her drive way.

He stopped the hummer, and he noticed a car across the street with govt. plates. He took and memorized the plate number. The driver noticed that he spotted them and drove off.

"Agent Drake please!" Horatio said as he called the Feds.

"Lt. Caine Miami Dade Police Department." Horatio said doing that thing he does when he gets mad.

Horatio motion for Ryan and Calleigh to come into his office.

"Agent Drake, This is Lt. Cain over at Miami Dade, I need some information on a case that just showed up on my ME table. Agent Lisa Dominick." Horatio said knowing he would take the bate.

"She is Dead Lt." Agent Drake said




"Very much so!" who is her superior I want to talk to that person now." Horatio said as he felt they would try play some govt. games.

"Eric what is it!" Calleigh said as Eric begin to tell her about Govt. car parked in front of Natalia house.

"Lic. plate 675 Govt. Black Ford Taurus year maybe 2000 0r 2003. Let me know." Eric said hanging up the phone.

"Agent Drake you have that person call me I don't like it!" Horatio told Agent Drake.

Eric still had a set of keys to Natalia after all this time he guess they both forgotten about them. He open the door and cut the foyer light on. he took her up stairs and ran a hot bath for her. She was smelling like rain. He wanted her relaxed so she could sleep once he gave her the sedative.

Eric carried her to her bed room, he sat her in the chair. He went into her bathroom and ran the water. he told her he was not going to leave her. She stood up and walked into the bathroom with Eric.. She was cut to the bone with emotion. Eric stood up from the tub to hold her. She cried and cried for about 5 min. he told her she need to take a hot bath to get the rain off of her. he would be back in 20mins.

Eric went down stairs to secure the house, who ever it was. was watching for a reason. he knew that something was in the air.

He closed all the shutters on the house. and pulled the drapes in each room. he sat the alarm on the house and called Ryan to put his PDA and Her PDA on GPS he would put them on them.

"Eric be careful we don't know what we are dealing with yet. Horatio is trying to get information now." Ryan said.

"Thanks Wolfe, we will be alright." Eric said.

"Horatio the car is registered to Agent Dennis Quad." Calleigh said.

Just before Horatio could pick up the phone, Agent Drake and Agent Quade walked into the lobby of Dade.

"See like clock work!" Horatio said to Calleigh and Ryan

"Gentleman I hope you brought me some information on why an Fed Agent was killed and brought to Dade as a just some random body found." Horatio said now looking very angry. He glanced at Agent Quad because it was him parked in front of Natalia house when Eric got there.

"Where can we go and talk Lt." Agent Quad said.

"Follow me!" Horatio said as he lead them to the interview room.

"Lt. Agent Dominick was working undercover on a sex export ring out of Miami. her cover was blown and we loss track of her a week ago." Agent Quad said as he was real bent out of place about it.

"A week ago, you loss track of her a week ago! I find that very hard to believe with all the technology in police work out here today." Horatio said.

"I have a very hurt Detective behind finding out her friend is dead and you tell me you lost her a week ago. this is happening all to frequent gentleman. Whats the problem to many of them in the field and not enough handlers." Horatio said standing over top of them.

"This young woman loss her life, and you tell me it took until her body showed up to find her. What if it didn't show up?" Horatio asked them he never did like their methods since Raymond case.


"What can I say, accept things happen." Agent Drake said.

"So where do we go from here, I need details and lots of them. I have a killer ring running around Miami and I am for one want loose them." Horatio said starting to walk out of the door.

"Lt. FBI business we will take Agent Dominick Body, and send her back to Fed ground for processing." Agent Quad said.

"That I will not sign off on! You can go now. remember Agent Drake I want the details of this ring." Horatio said as he and Calleigh walked down the hall.

"Calleigh get Eric on the phone, I need to talk to him." Horatio said.

'Ok! Horatio where will you be.?" Calleigh asked as he ran to get the elevator.

"ME lab!"

Natalia was soaking in the hot bath Eric had ran for her. He had just lock down her house and he went back up to see how she was doing. He could still hear her crying so he knew he had to do something to help comfort her.

"Natalia Is it alright if I come in?" Eric said as he waited at the bathroom door.

"Yes Eric, I am almost done." Natalia said sounding weak and frail.

Eric waited until she got out of the tub, The silhouette of her body was as he remembered it, She had always been a beautiful woman.

Eric walked into the bathroom she was standing at the full length Mirror he caught her profile at that moment and he was taken back at how he missed her.

"Nat, are you feeling any better?" Eric asked her

She turned around to him and nodded her head.

"Are you ready to talk about this, Horatio is on the case and I know he is going to need you for this." Eric said walking over to her and holding her.

"I know, anything for Lisa she was like a sister to me. I can't believe she is gone Eric why would someone want to hurt her." Natalia said laying her head on Eric shoulder.

"I know babe, I want so much to take the pain from you I am here as long as you need me." Eric said now looking into her sorrow filed eyes.

"Thanks because I don't think I can walk this road alone." Natalia said weeping tears.

They both walked back into her bed room she felt good, and smell great he thought. He wanted so much not to let this be the reason they end up in each other arms tonight. So he told her to lay down for a while and he would go see about getting dinner.

"Ok!" Natalia said.

Horatio was now in the ME lab, he wanted to know everything he could about the body. Ryan was also with him as he allowed Ryan to process lisa body on the table. Horatio realized that the Feds were always not willing to cooperate yet they would leave someone else to do there work for them. It's unsuspecting process.

Because Lisa Dominick was a dedicated Agent he would do what ever he could to revenge and solve her murder.

"Horatio I need to have her medical records and I know that they are classified could see what you could do." Dr. Price said.

"I am on it, but what was the cause of death?' Horatio asked although he knew she was shot twice at close range.

"Instant Death she did not suffer. both entries caused a tremendous amount of damage unless they were good house keepers it would take days to clean that much brain matter off the walls and floors and ceiling of where she was killed." Dr. Price said.

"Any other markings on her body, and was she raped." Horatio said not shying away from asking the questions.

"There were a tremendous amount of tearing inside the pelvic region, She had a certain amount of bruising on the inside of her legs. I would say gang rape is more like it." Dr. Price said watching Horatio face as he turned around and dropped his head.

"Ok! I don't want none of this information released to any one including the FBI. Ryan I need you to finish processing her for anything that will help us locate the killers." Horatio walked to the head of the table looked at Lisa and bend down to her and said, "I am sorry, but you will have your revenge." and he walked out.

Calleigh called Eric, the phone rang several times before he actually picked it up.

"Eric! it's Calleigh is everything alright?" Calleigh asked as she waited for his answer.

"We are fine, what did you find out about the car?" Eric asked putting on water for tea.

"The car was Agent Dennis Quad car of the FBI. Horatio think they may try to contact Natalia to see if anything she knew about the case that Lisa Dominick was on. He also think they will use Their Friendship to get her to go in undercover on the case she was working. He wants you to stay close to her and keep her calm. He is going to need her on this. How is she doing?" Calliegh asked Eric.

"She is very up set, I find her crying each time I enter her room. I had her take a hot bath to relax and now she is laying down. She is talking so she is coming out of the shock and dealing with the realization of the situation. I can't imagine finding you or anyone I love and cared about in that state. I mean this is ridiculous crazy." Eric said pouring water into a mug and adding her favorite tea bag.

"Well If you could see the look on Horatio face right about now, I am with him on finding the animals who did this." Calleigh said.

"So did Horaito talk with the Feds yet? Eric asked peeping out the window in the kitchen.

"Oh yeah, and believe me they are hiding something the cold and uncaring way the talked about Lisa was like she was expendable. You guys hang in there and Horatio and or I will come pass in a little bit. Oh he sent a patrol car to watch her house. I think an officer Dwayne Johnson." Calleigh told him.

"Great! I will go and talk to him in a few. Calleigh thanks." Eric said to Calleigh smiling.

"You are welcome just take care of our girl!" Calleigh said as she hung up the phone.

Horatio walked up back to his office, he would pull the Medical Records on Lisa and some other information. he would have to use his security clearance to gain access for the rest.

Eric walked back up stairs with the cup of tea for Natalia. he put the cup down on the night stand, She really was not sleep. She open her eyes and looked up at Eric and said, "Hi!" Eric felt the fire they both shared a while ago merging again and he knew that he could not let it happen, so he told her to sit up and they would talk.

"I just got off the phone with Calleigh. I did not tell you early but there was an Govt. vehicle parked across the street when we came in. I had Calleigh run the tag number and it belong to a Agent Dennis Quad. Horatio spoke with Agent Drake and Agent Quad. It seem as if Lisa was on an undercover case involving a sex ring for export. He think her cover was blown and they killed her." Eric said watching Natalia response to the information.

"Is it confirmed by the Agents that she was on a case like that?" Natalia said.

"No, he is waiting for her case files now. Natalia you seem like you know something about this?"
Eric asked her.

"I kind of do! See Lisa and I work several cases together, because I was not hard core and had to much of a soft look about me they put her deep in undercover and I was her handler on the case.

I remember that this case came up before I resign from the bureau and I said to Lisa don't take that assignment.

It's clear she did take my advice. This ring is the worse of the worse, They kidnap girls any where between the ages of 10 to 25. they will not use any other women that do not fit their client profile. Mostly they are transported from Miami to any where in the world. They drug them for days until they have broken all sense of reality in them and all these girls know is in order to survive they give up their will to fight.

Eric the worse is they are gang rape in order to prepare them for their clients, These people are dangerous and they have never stayed in one place to long. They have spotter's all over the place. These spotter's would choose the women and or children followed them for weeks and then strike. It would be nice to see how far she infiltrated into their organization. The Feds are going to be less cooperative in this." Natalia said thinking very hard about all of this.

"Well Horatio is thinking because you were friends with Lisa that the Feds are trying to use her death to recruit you in on this. If this is true that means Lisa was way deep into her case on this ring and they don't want to loose it now." Eric said as Natalia looked at him thinking about situation.

Eric I am fine now, I will get dress and we can go back to work!" Natalia said smiling and kissing him on the cheek.

"I don't know, this case is going to get worse before it get's better." Eric said.

"I know but Lisa was like my sister, I have to bring her closure to this and her family needs to have closure." Natalia said as she drank her tea and then got up to get dress.

"Ok! I will call Horatio and tell him what you just told me and that we are coming in." Eric said leaving her room and dialing Horatio phone number.

Natalia came down Stairs, Eric had just hung up from Horatio and he was reading the files he pulled from the FBI. Lisa was a health care no underline health problems.

Very beautiful but tough personality. She was under cover for the last 5 years of her career. Natalia and her were partner's a numerous cases. Horatio was worried about Natalia, he feared the Feds would try to pull something without him knowing it.

This new case Lisa was on happen around the time Natalia resign, Eric had stated that she told her not to take the case Something must have changed in her career in order for her to take the case. It's just a sad ending to a very promising career.

Horatio walked back to the Tox lab, Eric said that they use heavy drugs to keep the girls under control. he wanted to see what her tox report showed.

"Mr. Wolfe, do we have a tox screen on Agent Dominick yet?" Horatio asked standing near the printer.

"We do I have just finished the last sample." Ryan pulled the report off the printer looked at it then handed to Horatio.

"She had 5 diffrent drugs in her system, Natalia was right they are the worse of the worse. It's a wonder if the drugs did not kill her. E,vol,fercet, these are not your normal cocktail only license medical personal would know how to use these drugs. There is a Medical Doctor working with them. I need those files from Agent Drake." Horatio said leaving the lab.

Natalia came down the stairs dressed and ready to Go. Eric look down at her and her Weapon was at her side. He was thinking that he had to stay close to her because he really did not know what or where her mind was right now.

Natalia took off the alarm and they both walked out of the front door. Just as Calleigh said a patrol car was parked in front of the house. Eric told Natalia to get in the hummer and lock the doors. He walked over to the patrol car and just before he got there the officers was slump over the steering wheel of the cruiser. Eric thought he fell a sleep. So he pounded on the hood of the car and Johnson did not move. Eric pulled his weapon as he approached the car.

He looked back at Natalia who was getting in the hummer when out of no where a car came from the left and block her entry into the hummer. Eric yelled for her to get down and she drew her weapon and started firing at the car. Eric followed through and started firing also. The car backed up quickly and started out of the block. Eric called it in and Horatio and Ryan pager's went off. The PDA that Natalia and Eric were wearing was hooked into the call center and the GPS systems.

They both ran to the elevator and out the building to the get there quick.

Eric ran over to Natalia he put his weapon back into his hostler and Natalia was shaking and walking towards him.

"Nat, you ok! You are not hurt are you?" Eric said frantic and surprise at her quick thinking. She looked up at Eric and said. "What the hell, just happen? Who were those people." Natalia said falling into Eric chest.

"I don't know, but who ever it is wants you for something." Eric said still looking down the street and behind him.

Dade and Frank were there within min. Horaito and Ryan also.

"Hey, Check on him please!"Horatio yelled to the medics as he walked pass the cruiser to Eric and Natalia.

"You two are you alright!" Horatio asked.

"Yeah, shaken up but alright. H. that car came out of no where I went to tell Johnson ot follow us in and relaized before I got to the cruiser he was slumped over the steering wheel. I thought may he was sleep until I pounded on the hood of the cruiser and did not lift his head.

The next thing I turned around and a car was blocking Natalia entrance into the hummer that's when I yelled for her to get down but she pulled her weapon instead and started shooting at the car and I followed through coming in front of the car. No license and the windows were tinted. It was a 2008 series BMW sport.

"Quick thinking Natalia, I want you to ride with me back to Dade, Eric you and Ryan stay and process this scene. Natalia before we leave is there anything that these men could want from your house.?" Horatio said.

Natalia paused and thought about the question then she said no!

"Then it is safe to say they are after you!" Horatio said opening the hummer door for her and helping her in.

Horatio was just about to get in the hummer when Agent Drake and Quad showed up on the scene. They had heard it was Natalia house and rushed right over.

"Agent Drake I hope you have the information I requested?" Horatio said standing in the stream of light from their car.

"Lt. I do have the information, and We would like to speak to Miss Boa Vista?" Agent Quad said.

"What could be the reason gentleman, this little mess we are standing in!" Horatio asked looking at them both.

"Yes! it is about what happen here tonight." Agent Quad said.

"Then I suggest we all continue this conversation at Dade. See you there!" Horatio said getting into the hummer.

"Horatio what do they want?" Natalia asked

"You!" Horatio said as he looked at her and smiled

Natalia filled Horatio in on everything she knew about Lisa and the case. There cases together and friendship.

Back at Dade Calleigh was looking over some files Horatio left her. He needed her to find some kind of clue to her life and the case she was on.

"This can't be right? Natalia Resigned all most three years now." Calleigh said.

"Horatio I may have found the reason why those men showed up at Natalia house and why Lisa was brought to Dade instead of the FBI Posting Grounds. Horatio They are after Natalia." Calleigh said

"Be right there!" Horatio said now walking into the building with Natalia.

The elevator open and Horatio and Natalia started down to the interview room. Agent Drake and Quad were right behind them. First Horatio and Natalia stopped at his office to see Calleigh.

"Gentleman follow Detective Frank Tripp and I will be right there." Horatio said cutting his eyes at Quade.

"Nat!" Calleigh said giving her a hug.

"Hi Calleigh." Natalia said now wondering what the Feds got her involved in.

"How you feeling?" Calleigh said smiling at her.

"Ok! considering I have people trying to kill me." Natalia said.

"That will never happen, don't you worry about that." Horatio said giving her some comfort.

"Calleigh what did you find on those reports I left you." Calleigh walked over to him and she handed him the case file on Lisa Dominick. Horatio reviewed it then he found what Calleigh found. He looked up Natalia and said.

"Natalia, why would someone have your name on this case file that is active. You resigned almost three years ago. Yet you are listed as Lisa Dominick handler." Horatio said giving Natalia the file

"I don't know what to say, I have no idea why my name is on this file Horatio."

"Well we have two people who can answer that right down the hall." Horatio said as they all walked to the interview room.

Horatio had a lot of questions for the Agent Drake and Quad. Natalia and Horatio and Calleigh walked into the interview room.

Agent Quade could not keep his eyes off of Natalia, for she left before he started working for the FBI.

"Natalia It's nice to see you again."Agent Drake said looking at her.

"I can't say the same for you Agent Drake!" Natalia said now with a very angry look on her face.

"Gentlemen, Tell me again how you lost track of Agent Lisa Dominick, and this time I want the truth." Horatio said.

"Lt. Caine as I said before we lost communication with Lisa about a week ago, We had no location on her and we had other Agents keeping their ears to the ground out in the field."Agent Drake said.

"Ok! Now Agent Quade are you Agent Dominick Handler?' Horatio asking and waiting for an lie to come out of his mouth.

"Yes I am, Lt. She would meet me at a safe location when she had some information to report and I would make sure that she was ok and that her cover was still intact."

"When was your last meeting Agent Quad?" Horatio asked with his face to the window and looking at him from that window.

"It was almost three weeks ago, She told me that they were moving 12 girls to fly out of Miami on the October 22nd and that the flights were private and they were meeting their handlers In Puerto Rico. Since that information I had not heard from her.

We were not do to meet until November 5th." She wears a PDA that has a remote tracker on it. She was working under cover as Dito Montoya Buyer for Women that were being imported from other countries as well as ours." Agent Drake said still watching Natalia.

"Then tell me as her handler how come CSI Natalia Boa Vista Name is listed as her handler after she left the FBI?" Horatio said.

"What are you asking me Lt." Agent Quad asked looking at Horatio.

"He is asking you this, How is it that my name is listed as Lisa Handler when I have not been on a case with her since I left?" Natalia asked him and putting the file in front of him.

"Where did you get this, it's classified and protected information." Agent Quade asked Natalia.

"Well evidently not that classified someone can change information on a case file involving an under cover agent on a serious case." Natalia said.

"Well I guess you are not the only one who can access things." Horatio said looking him and not believing a word he was saying.

"Natalia, did you know that Lisa was on a case involving Sex traffickers?" Agent Drake asked Natalia.

"No! I warned her about this case before I left the Agency. I knew someone would try to get her to take it, and now look what happen. She is dead!" Natalia said getting angry at them.

"Miss Boa Vista, it's part of the job you know that, you know how this works. Lisa was not the same since you left she became, I don't know crazed with work. She Volunteered for this job." Agent Drake said.

"I can't believe you are sitting here making this up, Where is the case file with her signature on it that she volunteered for it. We all have to sign one." Natalia said looking to see if he would pull one out of his brief case.

Agent Drake pulled out the whole entire file on Lisa, some things in it Natalia would not be able to handle Lisa was caught up in using pain killer's. After each case she would complete she would spiral out for about a month before getting clean and going to the next case.

"Lt. Caine here is the file on this case, It has names and dates and locations. This case is in need of Natalia to finish it." Agent Drake said as he looked at Natalia angry eyes.

"Are you crazy! you get my friend killed whom I love with my own life and now you want me to clean up your mess. NO!I want do it." Natalia said and walked out.

Eric had just finish processing the evidence from in front of her house. Ryan was writing up the reports on it. Eric was walking down the hall to find Natalia when he saw her standing near the observation Window off the lobby.

"Nat! whats wrong?" Eric said seeing her up set.

She turned around and she looked at Eric and said. "I am so angry right now, I don't know at my self or at Lisa for not coming to me with her problems. Eric I don't know if my leaving had a profound affect on her and her behavior became reckless." Natalia said standing with her back to Eric at the window.

Horatio told the Agents he would be in touch after he examine the files and decided the best next course of action.

"Lt. We need her, to finish this. She is the only one who can." Agent Quad said as they both walked out.

"Horatio, I wonder why Agent Quad did not recognize the signs and pull Agent Dominic out." Calleigh said.

"That is the million dollar question Calleigh." Horatio said as he and Calleigh left the interview room.

"We need to go back to where they found her!" Horatio said.

Horatio asked Natalia to come and see him.

Eric and Natalia walked back to his office. Calleigh and Ryan had went back to the dump site of where Lisa body was found. Horatio had read the case fine and needed Natalia input on it.

"Natalia, sweet heart I know this is hard, and believe me if I can make it easier for you I would in a heart beat. You are family now and we love you. I just need to know If Lisa has spoken to you maybe not directly about this case.?" Horatio asked.

"Horatio I have been going over this since she was brought in, I can't remember any conversation with her that she would give me any type of reason to believe she was in trouble. Unless the letter I got from her a month ago has the information in it." Natalia said as she told Eric she had to go back to her house.

"Eric you go with her and do not let her out your sight I am sending Frank with you." Horatio said as he dialed Frank cell. It was really late and this case would go into over drive for them.

"Drake, you thing we can get her to complete this for us.?" Quade asked Drake.

"Believe me Dennis Natalia Boa Vista is a hell cat when she gets angry, I do believe Lt. Caine will appeal to her and she will go in for him, I don't care how it's done we need to make an arrest before The director find out we messed up and we are brought up on charges." Drake said as they drove away."

Eric and Natalia went left to retrieve the letter from her house. In the mean time Horatio just who could give him the lead he needed on this Traffickers Ring.

Frank was going to meet them back at Natalia house. The street was cleared of the earlier crime scene.

"Eric I wanted to say thank you for being here for me! I don't know if I could get through this without you." Natalia told Eric giving him a kiss on the cheek that turned into more then a thank you kiss.

"Natalia was feeling Eric and Eric was feeling her. He looked at her before pulling off, and said. "I know you felt that because I did. Do you want to go down this road again?" Eric asked her knowing that he was ready for a serious relationship.

"Eric I don't know, I don't want this be confused with being here for me vs I am falling in love with you and this has nothing to do with getting me through this." You understand Natalia said.

"I do, and so you know I never stop having feelings for you! Maybe that will help you decide." Eric said driving back to her house.

Frank was waiting at the house for them

Eric pulled up and they both got out! "Hey you two it's dark on this street! I need to pull out a flash light." Frank said laughing

Natalia open the door and quickly cut the alarm off. She was fearful that who ever it was earlier would be waiting again when they came out.

"There was two patrol cars now out front waiting for them to return.

She reloaded her gun from the spent rounds from earlier. She grabbed her mail basket and looked for hte letter.

"Gee girl! when do you read your mail?" Eric said as he watched her dump out lbs of it.

"Be quit, Anybody knows if it is important to send me an e-mail." Natalia said looking at the letter from her mom her sister and her little sister.

"Here it is!" Natalia said as he looked at the post date on the envelope. She open it and out came key! she open the letter and read it.

"Natalia,

If you have open and received this letter then I have been murdered. Something went terrible wrong on this case and I fear my cover has been blown. I don't know how I even got this letter out but I paid a guy that lives on the other block to mail this if I didn't come back in week. I guess I didn't come back and he mailed it.

There are so many things I want to say and I don't know how! You were always the sensible one that is why I loved you and loved having you as my handler. I have a new handler his name is Agent Dennis Quade. New and I don't trust him. The key is information I have obtained on this case and you are the only one I can trust with it. My parents should here about this from you. Tell them I loved them with all may heart and that their daughter is in a better place now.

By now you are angry, because you were the one who warned me not to take this case. I had not choice I was black mail by Agent Quade. He found out about my drug use and threaten to tell the director and have me fired. I can't begin to tell you the things I had to do to keep him quit. "Nat, Look I know you I have seen you go through some of the worst times and you never not once asked for help. You are a strong, beautiful and a tough girl. So don't let your emotions get the best of you now! I think you know what you have to do. Lisa would want you to. I will be with you every step of the way. I will not leave your side ok!" Eric said holding her arms.

"Thanks I don't know what I would do without you right now!" Natalia said going to the bathroom to wash her face as Eric read the letter.

Frank was on the phone with Horatio, Horatio called in a favor from the one person that he really did not want to have to go to on this. Although him and Jake never saw eye to eye on things at specially about his reckless behavior and Calleigh at least he respected the situation enough to stay out of her life.

"Frank the files that I have from Agent Drake says this gang moves around a lot. They have purchased several high end properties that are used as safe houses. The also have a large boat that is located on the pier.

The boat is in the name of a woman who I do believe is actually the wife of a business man name Dito he sells luxury yachts. I don't doubt it's a cover for the real business human trafficking. So I called Jake Handler I need to see if he has any information on this Dito person in the world he lives in." Horatio told Frank.

"What if I pick the wife up, I am sure they are up criminals don't sleep at night!" Frank said.

"You read my mind Frank, I think the wife would be the way to go!" Horatio said.

"Will do! Oh and Horatio we found the letter and by the look on Natalia face it isn't good news." Frank said to Horatio.

"Ok then, Get her back here Frank and watch your back someone knows about her and Lisa relationship and the fact that she is listed as Lisa Handler. I don't want anything to happen to Natalia." Horatio said hanging up the phone and going to Calleigh Lab to see what kind of weapon killed Lisa.

Natalia came back down stairs. She and Eric set her alarm on her house and they started out the front door. Eric put Natalia on the side of him shielding her from the street curb. Frank waited until they reached the hummer before he got in his car. The first patrol car lead out and then Eric pulled in behind the patrol car and then frank and then the last patrol car. They were not taking any chances with this depraved ring. With sights set high the started back to Dade. Natalia was talking to Eric and then all of a sudden,

a car going about 70 miles an hour pulled in front of the first Patrol car. Then a van next to Eric and Natalia. Eric yelled for Natalia to get down and he stopped and pulled his weapon, Frank and the last patrol car stopped in dead stream and jumped out shooting as the approached the van.


The door of the van open and two masked men ran around to the side of the hummer they pointed the gun at Eric and just as Eric raised his weapon in return. The One of the men broke the glass on Natalia side and open her door dragging her out of the hummer.

Frank and the other officers were engage in shooting at the car that blocked them. Frank saw them with Natalia and made the officers hold their fire.

Eric was now caught in the middle of a impossible situation. The mask man that had her took her weapon off of her. Little did they know Natalia had strapped her off duty weapon to the inside of her boot when she went up stairs to wash her face.

Natalia started to scream and Eric yelled for them to let her go! The driver of the van once Natalia was in shot the tiers of the both patrol cars and frank and Eric hummer. they took cover as the automatic sprayed the streets with bullets.

Eric called Horatio and told him what happen! Horatio was very angry and now was standing with his hands on his hips in Calleigh lab. Telling Eric and Frank to get back here.

Just then Jake walked in and Calleigh was now in shock. Jake heard Horatio on the phone.

"What happen Horatio! I got word and I am here, what can I help you with? Jake was still under cover and good thing for him it was the middle of the night

"They just took Natalia and we don't know where?

"Jake I need information on a Dito Montoya, I do believe he is the one I am after. I am bringing his wife in for questioning. I will not rest until I have found Natalia and brought him to Justice or end his life." Horatio said really mad.

"Horatio Dito Montoya is a heavy weight he has been into drugs, guns, and human trafficking for years. The feds can't even touch him as hard as they are trying. I heard about the agent, What does Natalia have to do with all of this.?" Jake asked Horatio.

"Come with me so I can explain the importance of this situation to you in black and white." Horatio said cutting his eyes at Calleigh and then Jake.

"Calleigh I need that ballistic report asap!" Horatio said walking out the door.

Jake looked back at Calleigh, she did not say anything accept her eyes did the speaking. as he walked out of her lab.

"We have the cargo! and we are on our way there." The mask man said to the person on the phone.

"You people don't know who you are dealing with here!!" Natalia said in hopes that they would here her.

One of the men got in her face and said. "But we do, Agent Boa Vista!"

"I am not FBI any more get off of me!" Natalia said as one of the men started playing with her hair.

"She will bring a good profit, we are lucky she is not ugly!" The mask man in the front seat said as they all started laughing.

Jake and Horatio were sitting in his office when Eric and Frank rushed in.

"H. we got to find her, I mean they came out of no where before I could get a shot off the were surrounding the hummer." Eric said very up set and out of breath.

"How many were there?" Horatio asked.

"Two vehicles and a van Horatio!" Frank said.

"No license plates of course?" Horatio said.

"No, but I can tell you this they are Columbian the one who did all the talking had a thick Latin accent and he spoke with broken dialect." Eric said.

"Then we need to find Dito Montoya he is the key to this." Horatio said.

"Calleigh knocked on the door, she had the report for Horatio on the type of weapon used to kill Agent Dominick. It was service issued.

"Eric are you alright!" Calleigh said walking over to him

"No! I want be until we find Natalia." Eric said putting his hands on Horatio desk.

"We will find her Eric you just keep it together, you can't help her like this." Calleigh said as Jake watched her try to comfort Eric.

Just then the officers passed Horatio door with Dito wife. She looked into the office at Horatio and smiled as they walked her down to the interview room.

"Horatio you brought in Montoya wife! That is like adding fuel to the fire she is like his Queen in the organization. She will never turn over on him." Jake said watching Horatio stand there with his hands on his hips.

Everyone have their breaking point!" Horatio said as he told Calleigh and Eric to get a handle on the address of the safe houses in the case file.

"Oh, H. here is the letter from Agent Dominick, There is a key inside the envelope." Eric said as he handed Horatio the envelope.

Frank and Horatio walked down the hall to the interview room. Jake stopped Calliegh in the hall way, Eric told her he would meet her in the virtual room. Calleigh hug Eric and told him they would find Natalia. He hugged her back and said I sure hope so, I promised her nothing would happen to her."

"Delko hang in their man." Jake said as Eric walked down to the virtual room.

"What is it Jake I am busy!" Calleigh said looking at him.

"I know! I just want to see how you were?" Jake said pushing her hair back from her face.

"I am fine, Considering the situation we are dealing with." Calleigh said waiting for Jake to say what he really wanted.

"You are angry, I know that and I make no excuses for my behavior. All I want is!" Jake said and stopped

"All I want to say is I am sorry for disappearing on you."

"Sorry, Jake its ok you just prove to everybody that you are un reliable and you think about no one but your self. excuse me I have to go and help find Natalia." Calleigh said and started towards the virtual room.

Horatio and Frank walked into the interview room with Dito wife. She responded to Horatio entrance with crossing her legs and pulling down her top down a little.

"That doesn't work on me!" Horatio said as he put the file of Lisa pictures from post op in front of her.

"Lt. I have been wondering when I was going to meet you? Your reputation is known all over my country. They call you Azulado Diablo." Montoya wife said laughing. Horatio responded with just a single look.

"I know now why they name you that, your eyes are dangerous." She said shaking her leg.

"This girl was an FBI Agent, whom I believe your husband order to have killed. I want to know where is your husband." Horatio said with one hand on his hip.

"My husband is here and there, I have not seen him for a month he is away on business." She said with her eyes on Horatio.

"Business, I wonder if has to do with trafficking Women into prostitution." Horatio said showing her several pictures of Lisa.

"This girl you are showing me, you say she is FBI what does that have to do with me or my husband Lt."

"It has to do with murder and selling humans into slavery. and that is a death penalty here in the state of Florida." Horatio said picking up the photos.

"I am Daniella Montoya, Lt. we sell Yacht's." She said looking over at Frank who was now getting mad.

"Your husband Daniella has stepped over the line, He has kidnapped one of my CSI, and that has just made me your worst night mere.!" Horatio said as he told Frank to let her go.

"Wise choice Lt. Caine." Daniella said as the officer walked her out.

"Follow her she is bound to contact Montoya sooner or later." Horatio said reading the letter of Lisa.

Horatio was taken back at the way Lisa realize she was going to die, Just as Natalia Horatio realized she knew she was in a no win situation. He took the key and looked at it then he kissed and said, "Let the games begin."

"Jake had two address for Calleigh and Eric.

"Hey guy's, I called some of my contacts enter these two address in the data base." One of them has got to be the safe house for the girls.

Natalia found her self inside Dito safe house.

They tied her hands and put her inside a room with three other girls from Denver Colorado.

Natalia looked around and made sure she memorized the room and everything in it. The girls were all between 20 and 22. The were frighten.

"How long have you all been here?" Natalia asked.

"We think three days. We were drug and when we woke up we were here." The girls told her.

"The house a large newly build house, It had no furniture in the rooms at all. Just mattress. It proved that they moved around a lot.

What are your names?" Natalia ask the girls.

"I am Judy! I am from Denver Colorado." Judy was a brunette with piercing green eyes.

"I am Sasha I am also from Denver Colorado" Sasha was a blond with blue eyes and freckles.

Who are you?" the girls asked Natalia.

"I am Natalia I live in Miami" Natalia did not want to really say who she was until she found out who and what she was dealing with.

"What do they want with us Natalia." The girls asked.

"Natalia did not want to frighten them no more then they are, so she said, "I can't be sure, what ever it is it can't be good." and she left it at that.

It seem like they were in the room for ever, but it had only been two hours for Natalia. Then the door open and one of the men told Sasha to come."

"What do you want with her?" Natalia said yelling at this large dark haired Columbian with a scar above his brow. he looked at Natalia very hard core like and told her to be quit.

Natalia had to find something to cut the ropes off of her hands.

"Natalia I am affraid, I want to go home! Jan started to cry.

"I know sweet heart, we all want to go home.

"Eric and Calleigh and Jake got a hit on a safe house. Ryan had just got back from processing the dump site of where Lisa was dumped. He got a print off of some syringes and beer cans. One of the prints belong to Agent Quad.

"Horatio heard his pager go off, It was Ryan who walked in with Calliegh and Eric and Jake.

"Horatio Agent Quad Prints were all over the place at that ware house. I mean he had to have given her the drugs that were in her system.

The semen that was found inside her belong to several assailants most of whom belong to the Columbian car tail out of Boga Columbia. They have a rap sheet as long as Miami water way. known associate is Dito Montoya.

"H. we got a location on a safe house that Jake got from one of his contacts. It's located in the Reaves area of Miami. " Eric said as Horatio pulled out his cell and called SWAT and a helicopter.

"Calligh call Frank and Have Agent Quad picked up ASAP. Tell him the charge is murder!" Horato and the Team were Now on their way to rescue Natalia and End what Agent Dominick started.

"Thanks Jake!" Horatio said as they all got on the elevator.
Jake watched them as the all took off to save Natalia. Calleigh eyes caught Jake just as the elevator closed. Jake realized at that moment she still loved him.

Agent Quad was now with Dito who was at the safe house where Natalia was.

The man return to get Natalia, Dito was waiting for her.

Eric and Calleigh road together, as did Ryan and Horatio and about 10 patrol cars SWAT and a helicopter. The FBI was also notified although Horatio issued a APB out of Quade he was no where to be founded.

Horatio was meaning to finish this in true fashion. After reading Lisa letter it just made him realize how determine he was to put Dito Monotya out of business one way or the other.

Calleigh realized since her and Eric agreement to about 6 months ago not to mess with fate and ruin their perfect working relationship with a getting involve in a serious relationship she gave Eric some time to get over what he felt he was feeling for her. Then she realized he still had feelings for Natalia which made her a little uneasy.

"Eric are you ok?" Calleigh asked as they were jetting towards the safe house.

"No! I just want Natalia safe and back home." Eric said.

"I know you really are going through it arn't you?" Calleigh ask looking at his face.

"Calleigh I don't know why I ever allowed my self to give up on us in the first place.

I mean you were so supportive of me in all of my issues and I fell in love with you and it really broke my heart when you said you loved me but not in that way. So I had to do some more soul searching and until tonight I realize Natalia is my future and had I saw that long ago!" Eric said listening to the chatter over the radio.

"Eric, I am just glad that you and I are ok! I was kind of worried that this thing between us would have you keep your distance and that we were not ok. I am happy for you that you and Nat may have a real chance at happiness." Calleigh said to him rubbing his arm.

"We are fine Cal, I understand everything now. What about Jake I saw the way he was looking at you." Eric said.

"I don't even want to go down that road, Jake and I are like so over I can't see straight. I can't live my life around his undercover work. he knows that!" Calleigh said as Horatio told everybody to cut the sirens and lights on the vehicles.

Dito was sitting in the office of the house, Sasha was sitting on a couch in front of him. One of his men brought Natalia into his office. She looked at him realized just how much danger she was in. She looked at Sasha who was crying and nervous to make sure she was alright.

"Miss Boa Vista or should I say Agent Boa Vista." Dito said looking at her and cutting through her with his eyes.

"What is it that you want with me?" Natalia asked.

Dito got up and walked over to her putting his hands around her waist and whispering in her ear.

"You are a very beautiful woman, unlike your partner you are one fine female specimen of a woman Natalia." Dito said standing in front of her now.

"Get your filthy hands off of me!" Natalia said getting angry.

"Boss she got fight in her!" Carlos said licking his lips.

"I rather die then to let any of you touch me!" Natalia said as Sasah really started crying.

"Shut up girl!: Dito yelled at her.

"Believe me, when I say you just might die, your partner could not handle the stress when we tried to break her in. I was just about ready to sell her to the highest bidder when my contacts told me who she really was." Dito said.

"So it was you that killed her?" Natalia said as he turned his back on her and faced the window.

"Me, I never get my hands dirty with that, I have other people in place for that. Now you are going to tell me where those tapes are?" Dito said to Natalia.

"What tapes, I know nothing about any tapes. You have the wrong person I do not work for FBI any more, and what ever you heard you heard wrong. I work for Lt. Horatio Caine of Miami Dade PD. I know you think you are getting away with this , but Lt. Caine will hunt you down to the ends of the earth until he gets you." Natalia told him knowing he would get angry and make a mistake.

"Did you know that Lt. Caine is not that far from being a criminal him self. " Dito said

Natalia did not respond to that.

Just then the helicopter flew into position and Several of Dito men scrambled to out side on the grounds. Natalia started smiling as she said. "Here That! Its Azuloed Ojo Diablo and he is coming for you!" Dito look trun to anger as he grabbed her arm and Sasha and told them to walk.

He took them back to the room they were in. Natalia realized that they had untied her to take her in to see Dito. She waited until they locked the door. She could here Dito yelling in Latin and telling the men to take positions. She pulled out the gun that was on the inside of her boot. The girls started to scream as she told them to be quite she was police.

SWAT moved in and surround the house gun fire started as Horatio and the team took their places. Eric and Horatio were the first ones to reach the front of the house. Eric kicked the door in. "Miami Dade PD he yelled as him and Horatio entered the house dropping everyone that did not look like a woman. Dito had ran to the girls room using the girls as human shields.

Horatio called out to Natalia, she did not answer yet she was holding the weapon she had behind her back and up against the wall. Dito was approaching her to take her hostage she pulled the gun in front of her and told the girls to run.

She and Dito was in the room together, Eric called out to her again. "Natalia!!!"

"In here Eric!" Dito told her someone was gong to die tonight, that she would be coming with him. Horatio and Eric rushed to the room. Calleigh and Ryan were searching the house for more women, SWAT had pretty much taken care of Ditos men on the grounds.

"Montoya! let her go!" Eric yelled to him.

Horatio moved in very slowly as he told Eric to take it easy. Natalia held her weapon on him. All of them were in a dead lock and weapons pointed directly at each other.

"Montoya you are in a no win situation here my friend. end this and no one get's hurt.!
Horatio said as Natalia yelled for Dito not to come any closer.

Dito was standing side ways covering both Natalia and trying to keep his eyes on Horatio and Eric.

"I should have killed you as soon as they brought you to me! You and your partner has caused me so much trouble in the last two years. My wife is to blame for letting that pig into my organization. I told my wife if I ever saw her again I would kill her for this.

So you see either way it does not matter I will never see the inside of jail cell. But I will take you with me Natalia.

Eric was getting angry at what Montoya was saying, Natalia was not sure if she could pull the trigger and then it happen. Montoya started to describe the torture of Lisa and all they had done to her including his part in it.

"Shut up! You piece of trash!" Natalia said as Horatio told her to take it easy. Frank and Calleigh and Ryan were out side the door. Dito was in a no win situation. Yet he did not care.

"Dito just would not stop talking about Lisa, Natalia was loosing it then she screamed and it caught him off guard and she shot him. he looked at her as if he was going to pull the trigger and in a flash she shot him again. Eric rushed in as he fail to the floor and he kicked his weapon aside and grabbed Natalia who was now crying un-controllable in Eric arms.

Horatio took her weapon and everyone else rushed in the room. it was over and Natalia would properly never be the same.

Eric held her as tight as he could, telling her it's ok it's over! He helped her out of the room as Horatio stood there with his hands on his hips looking at Dito who was now shot dead in the floor.

There was still a piece missing, Agent Quade and Agent Drake. Horatio and then Calleigh walked out of the room. SWAT finished clearing the house. Until Horatio realized that a window was open in one of the back rooms. "Ryan the window. Someone else was in here.Horatio said, he looked out of the window to see where it led.

One of the police officer came in and told Horatio he needed to come out side to the side of the house.

In all the gun fire, Agent Quade had tried to run and was caught in the cross fire with SWAT. it still left Agent Drake who properly was not thinking any of this was going down. Eric drove Natalia Home. She was in complete shock and really was not getting a handle on what had just happen. This was the first time she had ever killed someone. The feeling was very unreal to her.

He open the door, she passed out in his arms. He carried her up the stairs and laid her on the bed.

"Natalia wake up! Its Eric." Eric laid her down and went to get a cold towel to revive her. He came back with the towel and placed on her face waking her up. She woke up not knowing where she was. He lifted her head and told her she was safe now and he was there with her. She threw her self on his shoulder. He tried to comfort her and let her know she had no choice in the situation. It was ok!


She finally went to sleep and Eric went to secure the house. He was just about to cut the lights ou and re-set the alarm when he heard a glass break in the kitchen. He pulled his weapon and cut the hall light out and eased pass the wall leading into the kitchen.

It was Agent Drake, he had come back to get the tapes he thought Natalia had.With everyone dead he would be the only one to take the fall for all of this once it got out. He needed the tapes so that there was no proof in Agent Quade and his part in getting Agent Dominick killed. With Dito out of the way, His wife stands to gain full control of the organization. Horatio needed also those tapes to arrest her as well.

Eric open the back door and just as he started out to the middle of the patio, he saw Agent Drake holding a gun.

"Freeze!" Eric said as Agent Drake shot at him and started down the side of the house with Eric behind The continue to exchange gun fire and Natalia woke up and she ran down the stairs calling Eric name. Eric was running to catch Agent Drake before he got in his car. He shot at his car several times, but he drove off.

"Eric! Eric!
Natalia called out as she walked out the back door, Eric yelled for her to call Horatio!

She ran back in the house, at this point the neighbors were coming out of their doors. Eric yelled for them to go back in "It's under control. people" And he walked back in the house cutting on her patio lights looking for evidence of the shells.

Natalia called Horatio who was about 5 min away on his way back to Dade. They had just clean up the safe house and The coronary was transporting bodies back to Dade.

"Eric what happen, who was that?" Natalia asked

"It was Agent Drake, I know one thing this is a night that just keep on giving!" Eric said.

Patrol cars started pulling up and Horatio and Ryan pulled up right behind them. Horatio rushed to Natalia door as Eric yelled for them to come around to the back yard.

"Eric what happen?" Horatio said.

Eric finished collecting the shell casings and bagged them and gave them to Ryan to lock up in the evidence box and take back to Dade.

Horatio return to the front of the house talk with Director Marshall about Drake and Quade. His work was done accept bring in Montoya wife for being a part of it all.

"Eric I want you to stay with Natalia tonight, I think she would like you to do that." Horatio said as they all started out and back to Dade to wrap the case up.

Natalia stood in the hall watching Eric who has been guarding her all day and all night, The sun would be up in about two hours and they really could use some sleep. Eric found some wood to put over the glass window pane that Drake broke.

Eric looked at her he felt a relief that it was all over and they could get some rest.
