Kamerin is the younger sister of Gabby Caine and the older sister of Kyle Harmon. She is the youngest daughter of Marisol and Horatio. Although she lived and went to school in London, she was born in Miami. Towards the end of her high school year she moved to Miami with her family. Her sister Gabby has a British accent but she doesn't. She has more of a new yorker's accent and when she gets really mad she has a Spanish accent.
When they moved to Miami Kamerin finished her schooling and went into the police force. She is a wonderful CSI just like her sister, uncle, and father. She gets strong about some cases like her Uncle Eric but other wise she is a sweet heart when she wants to be. She gets very protective over her cousin Ray and her family.
There are so many times that she had gotten in trouble because she was defending her cousin Ray. She has the same hatred for Rick Stetler as her Uncle Eric. She has the ability to tell when someone is lying to her just like her father and she always follows the evidence even if she doesn't like the outcome.
She loves her sister Gabby and doesn't feel inferior to her. She loves it when they get paired up because they make a sensable team. Gabby is the brains meaning she thinks about things before she does them, and Kamerin is the attitude of the operation. She doesn't take no for an answer and she always fights back with words not punches.
Kamerin bought Gabby a car for her 16th birthday but Gabby felt it was too much and gave it back. Kamerin instead gave her a locket that was their mother's. There was a one time where Kamerin and Gabby got in an accident and Kamerin did all she could to help Gabby because Kamerin felt that she had gotten off luckier then her sister. She blamed herself for the accident even though she wasn't the driver, she still blames herself.
Kamerin is always trying to help people. She's constantly dropping what she is doing for others. She lives a couple houses down from her sister and her boyfriend Ryan Wolfe. She drives a blue '09 Cadillac CTS. She carries the same weapon as her sister and her father which is a SIG P229.
