Horatio gets a phone call from Ryan.

Horatio: Mr. Wolfe what do you have for me?
Ryan: H. The muddy shoe imprints indicate two individuals at the scene. Now I compared one of delko's shoes to those imprints which were sizes 10 and 11, Delko is a 13.
Horatio: So he could have been carried to wherever.
Ryan: That's my guess. Plus the shoes are European made, and not expensive kind. So you know what that means.
Horatio: Indeed I do. Thank you Mr. Wolfe. Keep me posted please.

Horatio calls Calleigh for an update.

Calleigh: Hi Horatio. Well, as I was going through the vehicle Eric was driving, I noticed that the seat belt had been cut.
Horatio: Thinking he may have cut it to free himself.

Calleigh: I thought so at first, then I realized Eric has a Kano Dk44 diving knife, it wouldn't leave this kind of tool mark on the belt. The one used on the belt is a Nieto Hk315 a hunting knife.
Horatio: Used for deer and gators.
Calleigh: And that's not all, I found blood on the outside of the drivers door and on the hood. Natalia's running it through DNA right now. (He could hear the fear in her voice)
Horatio: Okay I'll call her. Thank you. And Cal, you hang in there okay.

Natalia: Boa Vista. Oh Horatio Hi! I was just about to call you.
Horatio: You got a hit on the blood samples?

Natalia: You bet I did. Eric really must have put up a fight. I got two profiles. First is Radimire Ovchinnikov- says he works at Crush Lounge as a bouncer but no known address and a lot of priors. Second is Viktor Sobchak also works at Crush as a bartender; he too has plenty of priors. His last known address is 17895 Sycamore Lane, Coconut Grove.
Horatio: That's a pretty high end neighborhood for a bartender wouldn't you say.
Natalia: Here's another interesting tid bit. They're both known associates of the late Ivan Sarnov.

Ryan: Step on this paper please.
Viktor: What is that for?

Ryan: For your shoe measurements. (Viktor looking confused but not concerned) Pretty long rap sheet, Viktor.
Viktor: All in the past. I have turned a new leaf. I'm one of the good guys now! ( Both Horatio and Ryan not looking convinced)
Horatio: Good guy huh! (Chuckling a bit) Viktor, one of my best CSI's has gone missing and I know you.... Have something to do with it. So why don't you tell me where he is?
Viktor: I don't know what you're talking about. I know nothing of your CSI. (Scorming around in his chair)
Ryan: Really that's funny because we found your blood on the vehicle that our CSI was driving. (Shoving the picture in front of him)
Horatio: Want to explain that to me "Good Guy".
Viktor: There are many ways to explain that.
Ryan: What about your footprint? It's a match to the one found at the scene. (Viktor went silent)
Horatio: Where's Radimire? Viktor
Viktor: I have nothing else to say.
Horatio: I just bet you don't. Take'm.
Ryan: What do you want to do now H?
Horatio: Go to Crush Lounge. Try to flush out Ovchinnikov and bring him in. I'm gonna go visit an old friend.


Horatio: (Sharova staring out a very small window) Enjoying the view I see.
Alexander: Have you found my Son? (Still staring out the window)
Horatio: No. No we haven't. I thought you could help me with that.
Alexander: I don't know how you mean?
Horatio: You know Ivan Sarnov is dead, so is Gregor Kaspanov and you still want to hold out.
Alexander: Because they are dead, does not mean that the Brotherhood is dead. Ivan and Gregor were crumbs just like me.
Horatio: Give me his name. (Sharova stayed quiet) If you care about Eric at all... (Sharova interrupted)
Alexander: Of course I care he's my Son, he tried to save me.
Horatio: Then for the sake of your Son. Give me a name. Please!
Alexander: (Sigh) Vladimir Chevokovich. He is now rAnDe.(Leader)

Nurse: The people who brought him in said he had no ID on him.
Doctor: What's his condition?

Nurse: He has a concussion, 6 broken ribs, one broken arm, lacerations on his arms and face, and multiple bruising.
Doctor: Sounds like he was left for dead.
Nurse: I believe he was.
Doctor: Get him in O.R. 4.

Doctor: I need more blood here, and a clamp here please.
Nurse: Doctor he has an old wound on the back of the head. This could identify him.
Doctor: I'm sure it can. But I would like to focus on saving this man right now. Okay?
Nurse: Yes Doctor.
Doctor: Okay. Lets close him up, and pray for the best.

Ryan is at the bar inside the Crush Lounge, when he is approached by a very pretty young woman...

Young Woman: Hello! I've never seen you here before.
Ryan: I'm here on business.
Young Woman: Umm really! I am Tatyana.
Ryan: Ryan.
Tatyana: What kind of business are you in Ryan? If you want I can be very helpful! (He holds up his badge) You're a cop?
Ryan: CSI actually. I was hoping you can tell me where to fine Radimir Ovchinnikov? (She rolled her eyes at him and pointed)
Tatyana: He's over there in the blue polo.
Ryan: Than.. (She walked away before he could finish) k you!
Radimir: Yes, champagne boy. More of the bubble stuff huh, go on go get it. (Waving at Ryan)
Ryan: I'm not your champagne boy! You are Radimir Ovchinnikov right?
Radimir: Yeah, who wants to know? (Giggling with a group of girls, Ryan has uniforms remove Radimir) What's the problem?
Ryan: Why don't we try a different atmosphere. You know somewhere quiet like oh I don't know, Dade precinct!

Radimir is brought back to the station for questioning...

He is clearly reluctant on being cooperative.

Radimir: Hey baby I can sign that for you. (Speaking to the female tech taking his shoeprint sample) I was having a good time and you pricks come messing with me.
Ryan: Sorry for you! What you need to do is tell me about this vehicle. (Showing the evidence photo)

Radimir: Never seen it before.
Horatio: That's impossible Radimir because your blood was found on that car, including your freshly obtained footprint the crime scene.
Radimir: And your point?
Ryan: The point is there was a CSI name Eric Delko in that car and now he's missing from that crime scene.
Horatio: And you.. Radimir.. You know where he is.
Radimir: I don't know what you're talking about.
Ryan: Viktor says otherwise. (Hoping he would take the bait)
Radimir: Viktor? (Looking surprised)
Ryan: That's right. Viktor's talking. And it doesn't look good for you.
Radimir: Viktor would never talk. You're bluffing.
Horatio: How badly do you want to believe that? (Radimir started to look nervous)
Ryan: Appearently you are the one who took charge of what would happen.
Horatio: How to dispose of the body.
Ryan: The alibies.
Radimir: No no! That was all Viktor. He was in command. I just followed orders.
Ryan: Whose orders?
Radimir: You talk to Viktor you should know all about Vladimir!
Horatio: Actually Radimir...You were right! We were bluffing. But thank you... for the help.

The stranger has been out of surgery for several hours, and he's beginning to wake up..

Nurse: Well hello. Finally, we didn't know if you were ever going to wake up. Stranger: What happened? Where am I? (Barely able to move his lips)
Nurse: You're in Lee Memorial.
Stranger: Lee Me..mem..
Nurse: Memorial, Sweetheart. Fort Myers, Florida. Don't try to speak now. Just rest the Doctor will be in in one moment.

The stranger was very groggy and was feeling scared for some reason but didn't know why..

At that time the Doctor walks in...

Doctor: Hello young man. Glad to see you awake.
Stranger: What happened? Why am I here?
Nurse: He's been asking questions since he woke up.
Doctor: Well you've sustained some injuries but you'll be fine. I'm Doctor Quantillela, but everyone calls me Dr.Q. and this in Nurse Tolliver. Can you tell me your name is Son?
Stranger: Uhh..I..I don't know. I..Can't remember.
Dr.Q: Can you remember anything? Where you may live? A phone number perhaps?
Stranger: (Shaking his head) No nothing.
Dr.Q: It's normal to experience memory loss due to trauma.
Stranger: Wait. I do remember a name but I don't think it's mine.
Dr.Q: Son, any name that can help us find out who you are is just fine by me.
Nurse T.: What's the name?
Stranger: Calleigh.

Chapter Three

Calleigh receives a call from Horatio on the whereabouts of Vladimir Chevokovich...

She and Frank head over to pick him up at what looks to be an abandoned warehouse..

Frank: Are you sure this is the place? It looks desitute.
Calleigh: Yeah, it's what Radimir told Horatio. (As they got closer, someone started shooting at them)
Frank: CALLEIGH!! (Ducking behind a dumpster)
Calleigh: I'M FINE! DID YOU SEE WHERE THE SHOTS CAME FROM?
Frank: YEAH, CAN YOU COVER ME?
Calleigh: YEAH! GO! (Frank goes in first with Calleigh behind him)
Frank: MIAMI DADE PD!!
Calleigh: DROP YOUR WEAPON!! DO IT NOW!!
Shooter: Okay, okay why didn't you say so in the first place? I wouldn't have shot at you.
Calleigh: GET DOWN ON THE GROUND! (Frank cuffs the man and stands him up)
Frank: Who are you?
Shooter: Ronan. Ronan Blurchoski.
Frank: You normally shoot at unsuspecting visitors Mr. Blurchoski?
Ronan: No one visits me unannounced.
Calleigh: For obvious reasons. ( Looking around the place in amazment) You have an arsenal in here!
Ronan: I have permits for all of them.
Frank: What the hell do you need all these guns for?
Ronan: Protection! (Frank looking horrified)
Frank: Protection from what? Armagedden?
Calleigh: We were told we could find Vladimir Chevokovich here.
Ronan: Never heard of him. (Calleigh pick up what looks like mail)
Calleigh: Why do you have his mail coming here if you never heard of him?
Ronan: Maybe I know him maybe I don't. You can't arrest me for that!
Calleigh: Actually I can. (Smiling)
Frank: Yeah, it's call obstruction of justice moron.

Dr.Q: Well I have some good news and some bad news. Bad news there are 27 Calleigh's in this state, believe or not. But without a last name (Shrugging his shoulders) there's nothing else we can do. The good news is the couple that found you know about your condition and are willing to take you in. Til you get on your feet of course.
Stranger: Wow. Uh.. That's great (Looking confused)

Dr.Q: Are you alright Son? Are you remembering something?
Stranger: Yeah. For some reason I keep seeing the letter H. But I don't know why.
Dr.Q: Could it be the first letter in your name?
Stranger: I don't know maybe? (Just then an elderly couple walks in)
Dr.Q: Oh. Young man this is Ella and Fernando Guteairez. They're the people who found you.
Stranger: Thank you. I'm very grateful.
Fernando: It's our pleasure.
Ella: You look like you need a home cooked meal. You like Carne Mechada? (Meatloaf)
Stranger: I think so.
Fernando: Well then lets go. By the way what's your name?
Stranger: I think it starts with an H but I'm not sure.
Fernando: Hector or maybe Hernando?
Ella: You look more like a Enrique. Now that's a handsom name for such a handsom man! I'm going to call you Enrique. Until you can remember your true name. Okay
Stranger: Okay sure why not.

Calleigh: You lied to me! I don't take kindly to liars, Mr. Chevokovich. (Showing him the file with his real name on it)
Vladimir: So you know who I really am. So!
Calleigh: So I have two of your men willing to testify against you on the kidnapping of a CSI.
Vladimir: Now who's lying!
Calleigh: I can assure you I don't lie. ( Leaning in) Where is he?
Vladimir: Right where he belongs.
Calleigh: Is he dead? Did you kill him?
Vladimir: He should not have interfered.
Calleigh: Tell me where? (Vladimir sat back and smiled at her)
Vladimir: You must care very deeply for this one yes? What do I get in return if I tell you?
Calleigh: Miami State Prison or Siberia Criminal Compound in Russia. I'll even let you choose.

Ryan: There has to be at least 500 acres of land here.
Natalia: Well Vladimir claims this spot is where they...Dumped his..body. (Tearing up)
Ryan: Nat. You okay? (Wanting to hold her but can't)
Natalia: Yeah.. Um.. I'm fine. Why all the way out here?
Ryan: A hundred and fifteen miles away from Dade. It's empty, in the middle of nowhere. We wouldn't have thought to look out this far if Vladimir didn't say anything.
Calleigh: I found something! (She was about 20 feet away) It's Eric's jacket.
Natalia: How do you know for sure?
Ryan: It's the same one he was wearing when he fled the shoot out.
Calleigh: It's covered in blood. Vladimir said he and the others supposedly beat Eric (Her voice breaking) to death and left him here.
Natalia: But he's nowhere out here, unless he lied about the location.
Ryan: Or Eric's not dead. (Both ladies walked over to him) You see here's a blood pool, but the trail is leading toward the road.
Calleigh: Means Eric was here, then he must have crawled his way up there. Trying to flag for help.
Ryan: Depending on what time he got up there...
Natalia: Someone had to see him and stop. He could be at a local hospital or shelter.
Ryan: I'll check the nearest hospitals.
Natalia: I'll go through all the shelters.
Calleigh: I'll call Horatio.

Yelina: Any news on Eric?
Horatio: Maybe. Calleigh found his jacket covered in blood.
Yelina: But no body. (Looking worried)
Horatio: No. No body. (Grabbing his shades)
Yelina: Oh thank God! Where are you going now?
Horatio: Eric is out there, I gotta find him.


Calleigh: Ryan what did you find out?
Natalia: Is Eric here?
Ryan: The staff is no help. As far as they know, no one by the name of Eric Delko or fitting his description came through here within the last week. No one bothered to even look at his picture. (Calleigh walked up to the register counter)
Calleigh: Excuse me. EXCUSE ME! (The woman finally turned)
Nurse: What! (Looking annoyed)
Calleigh: Miami Dade Police Department. Take a good look at this picture! Have you see this man..Look at the picture Ma'am. Please! (The woman looks at Eric) Did this man come in here anytime in the last several days, 4 or 5 nights ago?
Nurse: I've never seen him before, but wait, Nurse Tolliver worked last night she might be able to help you.
Calleigh: Where can I find her?
Nurse: Right now she's on break. So she's in the food court. Down this hall to your left.
Calleigh: Thank you.

Horatio: What do we have?
Calleigh: A nurse Tolliver worked last night. She may know about Eric.
Horatio: (Looking around and spots the name tag Tolliver) Good afternoon Ma'am. My name is Horatio Caine. I'm with The Miami Dade Crime Lab. And these are my CSI's. Ms. Duquesne, Mr. Wolfe, and Ms. Boa Vista.
Nurse T.: Lucia Tolliver. Nice to meet you all.
Horatio: Mind if I sit?
Nurse T.: No course not. Sit on down. Now what can I do for you?
Horatio: Nurse Tolliver, one of my CSI's is missing (Shows her Eric's picture) can you tell me if you've seen...(She interrupts him)
Nurse T.: Why that's Erique! (Everyone's eyebrows raised including Horatio's)
Calleigh: Enrique?
Nurse T.: Yes. At least that the name he was given. He couldn't remember his own name. He went home with the Guteairez's yesterday. He was treated by Dr. Quantillela.
Horatio: Where can I find Dr. Quantillela?

Dr.Q.: Your reasons for wanting to see me sir?
Horatio: Dr. Quantillela, Horatio Caine MDPD. I'm told you treated this man. (Showing Eric's picture)
Dr.Q.: Yes I did. Please this way. (Taking them to his office) He came here early last Sunday night, in very bad shape. He lost a lot of blood, multiple injuries. We had to operate.
Calleigh: Is he still here?
Dr.Q.: No. The family that found and brought him in took him to their home.
Horatio: Can you give them a call for me.
Dr.Q.: Sure. I also want you to know he's suffering from amnesia. No memory of anything only a few details.
Horatio: Okay. Thank you.

Eric: Is this your son? (Holding up a picture)
Ella: Yes that's Armondo. He was 19 in that picture. You know you look at lot like him.
Eric: Where is he? (She started to cry) I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you.
Ella: No it's okay. He died in Iraq. He was only 22.
Eric: I'm sorry. (Feeling horrible for asking)
Fernando: What are you sorry for? It was that rotten good for nothing Pres...(She interrupted him)
Ella: Enough with that foolishness Nando.
Fernando: Enrique. You come out and chop some wood with me yes?.
Eric: Uhh..I don't see why not.
Fernando: Good! Come come, it will heal you faster. Come on Son you don't look like a wuss to me.
Eric: (Smiling) Okay, okay I'm coming.

Fernando: You must be Mr. Caine.
Horatio: Yes, sir, I am.
Fernando: Didn't get the chance to tell'em about you. Guest you can tell'em now.
Natalia: Oh my God! Eric. Are you okay?
Eric: (Confused) Do I know you? (Just then Ryan walked up)
Ryan: I am so glad to see you man.
Natalia: Eric you don't remember us? At all?
Eric: I..I can't. I'm sorry. I just don't remember.
Ryan: Don't worry we'll take you home pal. (At that moment as they were walking to the car Eric stopped) What's wrong?


Natalia: I think he remembers her. (She moves behind him) Go to her.
Eric: C..Calleigh (With tears in his eyes every memory of her came rushing back to him) I remember.
Calleigh: (Tears rolling down her face as she begins to walk towards him) Oh Eric I thought I lost you!
Eric: Never! I don't remember everything, but I remember you! And how much...I love you! (She grabs his face and kisses him, he wraps his arms around her)
Natalia: Ryan are you crying?
Ryan: No...Got something in my eye. It's really dry out here. (She goes to hug Ryan)
Fernando: Well Erique I mean Eric. Guess you're going home now.
Ella: You can always come back and see us anytime okay?
Eric: I want to thank you so much. I would'nt be here if it wasn't for you two. I owe you my life.
