The powers that be have axed CSI Miami. I am gutted and still in shock. David Caruso is a hero to me. I avidly watched all of the CSI Miami episodes and there he was Horatio. In this world there are few boss's who care about you. Horatio will defend his team if you are upfront and honest. wow Horatio gave me hope in this world. There is some one with common courtesy/good manners/caring soul. They could have kept the Series going (showing us how they worked hard and their life outside the office! There personal life how they coped with seeing corruption in the work place etc. No they put terrorists we know they exists but this show didn't need to be written off.
Mr Caruso I am baffled that someone of your calibre treated this way. I would have put my life on the line for you. You gave me hope in this world that some one cared. I am so so disappointed (Horatio will always be my hero god love you. Best wishes for the future

Don't know what he ever did to cause me to find him to be untrustworthy, but every single time he acts strangely, I SUSPECT HIM OF BETRAYING THE TEAM! maybe it's his face, or just the script he follows... But constantly hold my breath just wainting and expecting that this time I'll be right and he'll betray the team in some manner!

The season 6 finale, I truely believed he sold out Horatio, that he was somehow responsible for killing him when he looks at his cellphone!

And in this last season...a Employee at MDPD...stealing evidence...he let's her know he knows...but doesn't report it to Horatio until she's so hooked she's doing it while on the job...he waits in my opinion too long to report, and he says near the end of that episode that HE GAVE HER EVERY OPPORTUNITY... TO DO WHAT? EVEN IF SHE STOPPED, she had still STOLEN evidence, what? Let her off the hook had she stopped?

I think it is ultimately his action/inaction in situations that leads his character being off! But then again, every opportunity he proves his loyalty, GUESS HE IS THE WRITER'S BLACK SHEEP, THE ONE WHO GETS TO HAVE HIS IMAGE TARNISHED! I mean, inside you know he's good, but behaviour-wise???

I know Dexter is based on a novel series, but I thought maybe it would be cool that it would crossover with CSI: Miami, before it cancels, as well as CSI: Miami. I think that would make a great two-part episode from both series, also a big event in the CSI universe. Horatio and the team work with a serial killer would make a great two-part episode! Besides, it works out perfectly, because both shows take place in Miami, except they work at different divisions of the Miami PD. The crossover will start in CSI: Miami, having the whole cast from Dexter to appear, except for one; then it will conclude in Dexter, with the whole cast from CSI: Miami, except for one. We need Dr. Tom Loman in this crossover, because Dexter does not have a medical examiner and I think it is best to include Tom in the episodes.

I also know that Dexter isn't produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, but it is also produced by CBS Productions and I think he and the fans should ask the executive producers of Dexter to do a crossover with both shows. If possible, we the fans can tweet to Anthony E. Zuiker on Twitter about the crossover since he is the creator of CSI: Miami. I would let the writers from both shows work together to write the two episodes; possibly the writers could be Anthony E. Zuiker and Jeff Lindsay, the author of the Dexter novel series. Besides, if they had Sqweegel appear in two episodes of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, at which he is from a novel, then I think they can do the same to CSI: Miami, even though Dexter is also a TV series.

Do you have CBS, but not Showtime? Either temporarily have the channel, or ask a friend or next-door neighbor to record it for you, or go over to their house to watch. You have both channels? Then you're all set! I wouldn't have Dexter shown on CBS, because of the content of it. Think about it and tell me what you think!

The waiting has been TORTURE; no doubt about it but i do believe this "break up" was due to emily's pregnancy.....nonetheless, i think it was overkill to actually break them up but we dont have the control..........Adam said "even if they did break up, they will get back together.".......so i am hanging on to that for dear life along with the sound bites like "much is in store"...."it will be reviseted; their just taking a break from the intensity".............i could be totally wrong but time will tell.......so if EC is not back together by the end of season 9 it will be my last season......however, im hoping it wont be:-)
