the reason he's leaving is because he wanted change from being a csi to comedy like ugly betty.

I also thought he wanted to try movies. If Laurence Fishburne can do movies and CSI at the same time so can Adam.I keep hearing Ugly Betty's going to get canceled so I don't know why he went there. I saw one of the episodes he was in on Youtube. Everyone was commenting on how he should go back to Miami. He was good on Ugly Betty but he's definitely meant to be a CSI. Do you find this valuable? |

I totally agree! I didn't hear about Ugly Betty getting cancelled, but Adam's only guest starring for 5 episodes...

I think people think that because it was moved to Friday nights and Friday night isn't the best TV night. Oh so he's not a permanent cast member then? That's good! Do you find this valuable? |

That's good!"Yeah, he's not a permanent cast member...he's only slated for like 5 episodes or something like that! And Friday night isn't as bad for TV as it used to be...at least not here in Hawaii! That's true! I do like Friday night TV, it has some good shows. I don't watch Ugly Betty but I will watch his scenes cuz he's so great!

Me too! He'd be the only reason I'd watch Ugly Betty- not that I don't like America...but I am really jealous that she got to kiss him!

That was pretty much my reaction, too! I was like "Dude! What are you doing kissing her?! You belong in Miami with Calleigh!" It was rather funny actually...it was one more reason for my mom to throw a pillow at me!

I remember you saying she threw a pillow at you before but I can't remember why. I was so mad yesterday because it was a rerun but what pissed me off more was that on Sunday night they played the same episode. That didn't stop me from watching it both nights, though. My mom was like "Are you kidding me? You just saw it plus you have it on DVD." To that I replied "What's your point?" Do you find this valuable? |

I could sort of understand if he was going because he thought his career needed it, but if lovelydoll is correct (and I have no reason not to think she is) then this is just crazy! The last time was because of the ep "Bad Seed" when Eric was leaving...I was crying and throwing a bit of a fit that he was leaving...so hence the pillow. And she's forever telling me "Didn't you see that already?" or "How many times are you gonna watch this episode?" Do you find this valuable? |

However, he did say he's open to coming back if things shape out that way...so we can only hope, right? BTW, I am a member of the facebook group...I hope the PTB pay attention to us in fan land! "Hey Mandy, your Mom sure gets her exercise!I think it may be a little of both the writers and the producers...they obviously don't know when they have a good thing going for them! I personally think that Adam left because they wanted to mess with the Eric/Calleigh storyline, after promising to let it run its own course...which, as most of us here know, it hasn't! This theory of mine only got more credence when I found out that the PTB (powers that be) hired Eddie Cibrian BEFORE Adam had decided to leave- and the only reason they would've done that would've been to turn the E/C line into a triangle (how redundant is that?!) Do you find this valuable? |

do you know guys , Adam tweeted about the petition several times . that means he wants to stay . and i think we can do it and save eric delko . it happened before in csi where fans of sara bring her back . just we have to let cbs know that we will stop watching the show if he will leave as adam said on his twitter . and if any one want to send email to cbs http://www.cbs.co...m/info/user_services/fb_global_form.php

Ugly Betty is just a guest starring role...it's not permanent. And I don't think Adam's reason for leaving was stupid at all- we can't expect him to stay in a contract where promises weren't being kept. But he was seriously bummed when things turned out the way they did- and I think Emily was too, because she's been rallying for the PTB to bring him back. There's a bunch of interviews and stuff that she did (and Eva too!) that show just how much they want Adam back on the show permanently! So our favorite stars on the show aren't too happy about this arrangement either!
